Refund policy

If the item you received was damaged or defective please contact the store for refund or exchange within 30 days of your order. All items must be with original packaging and unused.  No refunds will be given after 30 days. Exchanges or store credit may be given on certain items, please contact the store to determine eligibility. 

Handmade Teethers with a Pacifier Clip, listed as Handmade are a product solely made by Country Chic Baby Co. Returns, Exchanges or Store Credit will only be given if the item is defective. Please inspect each teether prior to giving it to your child. Please follow the care instructions properly. Never give the child the beaded strand without the teether or pacifier attached. Always supervise your child when they have the toy.
